Fourth (and final) in the "Venturer Twelve" series of space opera novels, which also includes "A Thunder of Stars" (1968);"Seed of Stars" (1972); and "The Neutral Stars" (1973), all written in collaboration with Dan Morgan. This is a rather scarce book -- unlike others in this series, this one had no American edition.
