Synopsis

In a futuristic setting in a time that has no year, an old planet much like Earth has undergone several cataclysms that have changed its entire structure so that a new species of humanit has developed up out of the rubble of ancient destruction. It appears that this happens cyclically, as recorded in a sacred ancient text that describes humanity's propensity for ruin as almost predictable. The text tells of a time where new knowledge and technology will change humanity's thinking to cause them to forget the old traditional ways, and therefore their values shall be lost. A bringer of hope is promised in that new time to restore a better path, but while the myth tries to take hold, science and technology are on the precipice of a new time travel machine that will change the outcome for the dying planet.
