On a fallen planet, evil may be defeated, but it is never vanquished. When the evil archangel Kaym seeks vengeance for his former minion's unexpected betrayal, he does not aim at those who belong to his divine Enemy, but the vulnerable souls around them. He claims his victims one by one, but that is just the beginning of the fallen angel's master plan: an all-out massacre at the high-school prom. In order to accomplish his terrible design, Kaym focuses on two of the Lewis kids' schoolmates, Derek and Brian. Their souls made susceptible by troubles at home and the constant bullying of their peers, the boys are easy prey for Kaym and willingly become his chosen instruments of death. As the Lewis children and their guardian angels -- Mariel, Paulus and Aliel -- struggle in vain against Kaym's dark forces, the moment for destruction draws near, and Christopher, Jami and Holli come to realize that the only weapon powerful enough to save the lives and souls of their classmate is their unshakeable faith in God.
