Synopsis
The world that Reaver and Silas woke up in, is far from the world they once knew. With Skyfall sparsely populated and Skyland in ruins, Reaver and Silas must figure out just what happened to the last living city in the world, and who amongst their friends and loved ones can be trusted now that the proxy worms have seemingly taken over. Five years before Reaver and Silas were rescued however, Elish is struggling to keep not just his family and the human race together, but himself too. Constantly taunted by the Worm King and a proxied Jade, Elish is wracked with guilt and deep in depression, desperate to rescue Jade but determined not to make past mistakes. His resolve and resilience will be tested when a mysterious pink proxy worm is captured in the plaguelands, giving Elish hope that he can engineer a plagueworm that will decimate the proxy worm population. But while Elish and his new found family work towards exterminating the proxy worm, Sanguine and his beloved partner are out in the plaguelands searching for Hunter and Azrael. What Sanguine ends up finding however, hints that not all is what it seems, and that the man Sanguine just got back, may not have the family’s best interests in mind.
