Since the Draka conquest of Europe and most of Asia in the 1940s, the American-led Alliance and the Domination of the Draka have glared at each other across the oceans, restrained only by the threat of thermonuclear annihilation. In this Cold War there can be no compromise, no detent, no happy tearing down of walls, only ultimate enmity.
