Synopsis

The pioneers on journeys into outer space endured incredible hardships and dangers. Food was rationed. The space inside the spaceships was very cramped. They traveled in total darkness. Unseen meteorites were a constant and deadly menace. Some of the pioneers were deformed and disabled upon arriving at the planet. A few died en route. Those who arrived in good condition had to start from scratch to build up their communities. The medications that were brought from earth had expired and finding new remedies was a must. Many pioneers soon became wealthy from picking up the gold and gems lying on the ground. Some treasure crafts were hijacked. Many planets were uninhabitable. The pioneers who wandered into a devil's den often were doomed. One spaceship got lost beyond a space warp but the marooned pioneers survived. A group of human-like beings are found on a habitable moon.
