The Cold War is back in this suspense thriller where international aggressors use psychokinesis, astral projection, and other psychic means to circumvent the U.S. intelligence network. When two routine satellite launches are inexplicably aborted, "The Committee" -- made up of a writer, a psychic housewife, and two parapsychologists -- is called in. They piece together a sinister occult plot against the United States and embark on a supernatural adventure of a lifetime.
