Synopsis
Thomas sails the seas of space and time surrounded by souls who have lived many lives together, but he’s the only one who understands their connections. Trailed by a comet that marks the passing of centuries, his journeys take him from ancient Viking Islands to a medieval monastery and a World War I battlefield and into a futuristic world where reality itself seems to bend around Thomas. With him are the love of his lives, Sarah, his warrior twin Kris, his artist soulmate Jason, and Maggie, an astronomer who is trying to solve the secrets of the universe with the help of her AI assistant Bob. When Bob suddenly maps the quantum web that connects all things, he begins to reveal Thomas’s role in the universe. As past, present, and future collapse, Thomas becomes obsessed with finding a book that he wrote as a monk in the 1700s. The book may be the only way to explain the reality of the universe before his time comes to an end, and the cycle begins again. The Book of Thomas is a story of love, science, fate, beauty, and eternity.
