All they have is each other... Edie and Zac have escaped from the fire in the swamp. They are burned beyond recognition, but alive. Now they are in a terrifying world far from their home. Kidnapped children live underground. Men with gargoyle faces ride on the backs of dogs. All are prey to the feral pigs. All are constantly hunted. Nothing will prepare them for what they'll have to do to make it out alive.
