Synopsis
Jericho continues to work on developing his fleet in preparation for the Norvandans. He isn’t sure when they will come, but hopes it will be after he can properly be ready for them. Before trying to goad the Norvandans into attacking, Jericho has many things to accomplish. Among them is to continue the economic development of the Korson Cluster and initiate the evacuation of the Jamrualians to Arcadia. The evacuation itself starts without a hitch, however, some of the Jamrualian politicians find a way to jump ahead in the line of evacuation. Jericho’s reaction is both rapid and devastating to the wrongdoers. Everything that happens to them is fully prescribed within the evacuation agreement.

Suitable for most readers 13 and up.
Jericho takes decisive, potentially harsh action against corrupt politicians who violate evacuation protocols. The synopsis suggests political consequences and retribution within legal frameworks, but violence appears procedural rather than gratuitously depicted.
