A nightmare car accident changes Rob Jensen's life forever. In one night he is transformed from a high school jock to a freakish medical guinea pig. He wants to escape. In desperation he accepts a mysterious job offer in Romania. A job so horrifying it tests the very limits of Rob's sanity. But is the work too dangerous for Rob - or is Rob too dangerous for the work?
