Synopsis
The powerful and noble corpo-civilization known as the Architects are renowned in the Milky Way for their ability to terraform worthless or devastated worlds into utopian paradises. But their lust for profit means when their next planet-project begins, they don’t care about the people already living there. And when Rayne’s homeworld of Wildern is up for destruction, Will Ryder will have to figure out how to get the Architects to stop or, failing that, how to evacuate so many people to another home before they are murdered. Will, Rayne, and Francine are determined foes, but a head-to-head battle with the Architects is suicidal. With no allies and no resources, Will needs to wage a war unlike anything he’s experienced before.
