Bizarre tale of the Earth threatened by humans living on the Moon. Apparently, a group of 17th century scientists colonized the Moon and now their descendents want to return to Earth. They send messages via a tele-cinema ray. Twentieth century Earth is too stupid to answer, so they threaten to destroy the Earth with a heat ray.
