Some guys get personal computers. I get psionic powers. Max Hurley. Some call him a computer genius. Others call him a computer nerd. Ever since he (and Sal and Hendra) touched a piece of satellite that dropped through the roof of the mall one day, Max isn't sure what he is. All Max knows is that he can grow his arm out to ten feet long. And make a periodic chart materialize in the middle of a chem exam. Sal and Hendra are superhuman, too. Together, they've been known to do some pretty wild things. The world may not be ready for a psionic trio, but the world may not have a choice. Sal, Max, and Hendra are only the beginning. And nobody can say where it will end. Max, Hendra, Sal. Unlikely friends who make up the Psi Patrol. Normally they wouldn't be caught dead together. So why are they suddenly inseparable?
