Synopsis

After the harrowing events surrounding Victor Madsen's death, Laith Ritter finally has some time to relax. His relationship with Dorian Vidales is going better than it ever has, and his relationship with Sabri Saleh is off to a great start. But there are still tensions between his two partners, stemming from their own sordid past, and it isn't easy for Laith to keep their rivalry in check. He's also still struggling to accept his continued success at work, insisting that he's nothing special and undeserving of the attention. But when their boss asks Laith and Sabri to do a performance on stage at the brothel, tempers will flare, divas will clash, and maybe-just maybe-a star will rise... In this novella that takes place in between The Lion & the Dahlia and The Dahlia & the Wizard, Laith will discover that the biggest thing coming in between himself and his own happiness might just be him.
