Charlie Wolf worked undercover for two years to infiltrate the methamphetamine operation run by the Sons of Fire motorcycle club. A near-fatal shootout leaves Charlie with a bullet in his brain that is causing psychotic episodes. Only one man can help Charlie, the leader of the gang that Charlie helped to bring down.
