Chameleo-Cop is about a cop named Zapher Minkney, Zap to his friends, who was cloned as a younger cop just coming out of the academy. The scientist used his DNA to make a clone with special abilities. You see his clone, Vinkman Minkney, is able to blend into anything that is in his surroundings, like a chameleon. It makes him the ultimate undercover officer. So the next time you are standing around and thinking about doing something you shouldn't you might want to look at the mailbox on the corner, your partner in crime or even the victim that you are about to attack. He might not be who you think he is.
