Sam Ablebound is a twelve-year-old Bounda who lives on the planet Zendosa. Sam is training to qualify for the finals of the 1000th Planetary Games. He is a boy who has faith in a mysterious power that helps those who desire justice. The Commanders who rule Zendosa don't share Sam's faith and discriminate against those who do. The Commanders have made it harder for Sam and those who share the faith to qualify for the finals. Can Sam succeed against the odds?
